Looking for Product Manager Level 2



Responsible for leading, identifying opportunities and creating a best-in-class product organization by leveraging customer feedback, team knowledge/expertise, and industry practice. Coach and mentor cross-functional teams and product managers on best practices as they mature in product led ways of working to ensure alignment across product domains. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• 1 year of experience as a coach, lead or in a role that requires influencing others (not just an individual contributor)
• 2+ years of experience in managing product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products
• 2+ years of experience as a product manager in an Agile Software Engineering environment using Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methods
• 3+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated success through the delivery of new/evolving customer-facing technology products
• Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience
• Excellent oral/written communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Understanding of product management and defining product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs that led to the definition and delivery of impactful user experiences
Any industry experience serving as a product manager in an Agile Software Engineering environment
Any coaching/transformation experience
Any experience using Atlassian products (Jira)
1 year experience in writing User Stories and managing Product Backlog
Key Responsibilities
• Adapt and manage change by articulating the reason for key changes in the enterprise
• Partner closely with senior KTD Leaders and business representatives on key problems to solve for Product Operations
• Create, maintain and communicate product roadmaps to engage stakeholders across the organization in aligning and supporting company and workstream strategies
• Facilitate a team’s journey through a Product Led Immersive experience (e.g., Dojo) coaching teams to accelerate adoption of sound product practices and Product Led way of working by working with the team to identify and solve the right problems
• Update and deliver KTD developed Product Management training
• Work with significant autonomy and freedom to solve problems required to achieve business outcomes
• Contribute to and Deliver KTD developed Product-Led ways of working training including topics such as Product Discovery, Collaborative Framing, Story Mapping, Retrospectives, and other product/agile topics
• Participate as a stakeholder in Product Ways of Working with Lead Product Coach, OCIO, and other stakeholders
• Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Connect product performance outcomes through OKRs

• Travel to work locations as needed to interview/observe users and/or customers or to attend company meetings
